Russian Post provides an ability to send correspondence documents to various organizations, as it will calculate the time and cost of delivery. It also finds out what you need in sending a letter. Prohibited items include firearms, narcotics, poisonous animals and plants, Russian money, foreign currency, perishable food or drinks, as well as items that by their nature or packaging may endanger postal workers.
Hazardous waste is not allowed in the Russian Federation as is special technical means intended for obtaining information in secret. Psychotropic substances are not allowed, as are narcotic drugs. Human organs or tissues such as blood and its components are also not allowed. Live animals cannot be shipped except for bees, leeches, and silkworms. There are items that are prohibited to be shipped by airmail as well. You can transfer from the card with cash, as well as transfer from card to card. You can transfer a limit of 300,000 rubles, or 150,000 abroad. Transfers can be received in cash or non-cash. The maximum amount of transfer in Russia is 500,000 rubles, and for non-cash, it is 250,000 rubles. Home delivery is 120,000. The maximum amount of transfer is 375,000 rubles and while sending a Western Union transfer there is a 1 ruble transfer fee as well as a Western Union loyalty program.
