TNT is a courier delivery services company that specializes in the transportation of packages and documents. It was founded in 1947 by Pieter Klerkx and is headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. TNT is one of the largest package delivery companies in the world and has operations in over 200 countries.
TNT provides express, economical, and regular service for delivering small packages. It also offers air freight for larger items that are time-sensitive. TNT's services can be slow because not all of their planes are cargo planes. Some are only used to pick up customer deliveries. TNT does not ship live animals or hazardous materials these items must go through FedEx or UPS.
The delivery company has a global tracking system so customers know when they should receive their package by entering the confirmation number on the website. There is also an option to schedule in advance your pick-up at home when you purchase something online that needs to be delivered to your house instead of work or school where it could get stolen or lost without anyone noticing it was there.
