How to track a package from Etsy?

To track a package from Etsy, you will need to know the order number and the postal code of the destination.

1. Go to Etsy and sign in to your account.
2. Click on "You" in the top right corner of the page.
3. Go to Purchases and reviews.
4. Look up your order.

The delivery status will appear to the right of your purchase:

• Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy.
• Shipped: The seller marked the order as shipped.
• In Transit: The seller added a tracking number and the package has left the shipping facility.
• Track package: If the seller added a tracking number, you’ll see Track Package. Click Track Package to see more tracking details.

You can also find out about shipping procedures in your order's shipping notification emails. To review the status of your delivery, go to Track Package in the email notification.

Why wasn't the tracking information for my purchase supplied?

Not every shipping method comes with tracking information. You may check if the store has tracking information for your purchase by contacting them. If you can't find the status of your package after checking with the seller, please contact Etsy Support.

How to track an Etsy order without an account?

If you bought using guest checkout, you'll receive a notification once your order has been sent. If your vendor included a tracking number, click Track Your Package at the top of the email. Contact your seller by replying to the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase if you have any questions.

Etsy Shipping Time

Etsy shipping time can vary depending on the item and the seller. Most items ship within a few days, but some may take up to two weeks. You will be able to see the estimated shipping time on the listing page. If you need an item sooner, contact the seller before purchase.
